Can two people share a monthly studio?
Long stays are single occupancy only: one resident per studio. Visitors require prior registration and must follow the agreement. For short stays with more guests, see the short-stay page.
What is included in the monthly package?
A furnished studio, water, electricity, internet, weekly cleaning and maintenance, under the agreement. Your proposal states the rate, length of stay and terms.
Can I inquire about the next semester or year?
Yes. Tell us your start date and length of stay. We will check options for your dates, even if a studio is occupied today. An inquiry does not hold or confirm a booking.
The 5.00 rating refers to the latest 30-day period reported by San Royale, not an audited all-time average. Reviews reflect individual experiences. Monthly stays are exclusively for one resident per studio. Weekly cleaning, utilities, internet and maintenance follow the proposal and contract. Cost comparisons use owner-supplied scenarios, not a statistical market survey or a savings guarantee; usage, furnishing resale and moving costs vary. A waiting-list inquiry does not reserve a studio or guarantee availability. The atmosphere videos use staged scenes; the laptop, coffee and notebook are not included.
